Artisan Sourdough Bread

My authentic sourdough bread is made with filtered water, unbleached bread flour, and salt. No yeast, additives, or preservatives. It is cold fermented for a minimum of 24 hours. If you prefer a more pronounced sour profile, just let me know, and I'll be happy to extend the cold proof. 

All loaves are offered as a boule (round) or loaf (rectangle) and have the traditional tangy, complex flavor profile, chewy, open crumb, deep golden-brown color, and a thick, blistered crust found in sourdough bread.

Your bread will be baked the morning of pickup, and because of the lack of preservatives, should be eaten or frozen within 3 days and will be baked the morning of pickup.
