Cookies are sold by the dozen and in your choice of 1oz, 2oz, or 3oz portions. They are individually packaged in a heat-sealed bag and placed in a box.  If properly stored (sealed container) cookies have a shelf life of 1 week at room temperature, 2 weeks in the refrigerator, and 3 months in the freezer.
